Mascara Mascara Telescopic Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been loyal to L'Oreal's Paradise mascara for quite some time now but wanted to see how this one compared. Rather than a fluffy brush, it's a plastic one with short spikes. It took me a couple of tries to get the balance of product on and I found I have to be precise and not rush while using this mascara. As it is quite a wet formulation I have found it is better to use a small amount to avoid clumping the lashes together. It certainly makes my lashes really long, not as think as Paradise mascara but I much more intense, glossy black lash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with the wand for this mascara. It adequately grabs your lashes from the base right through to the ends of your lashes distributing the product evenly. There was no clumping for me and the product was easily buildable without looking clunky. Also rate the blackness of the mascara...it isn't a terribly dense black but it's a shade darker than naturally black looking lashes so it makes enough impact after application. As for its lengthening abilities this was great. It certainly does what it sets out to do! Very pleased!

The brush is a lot thinner than what I’m used to but this meant that I could apply the mascara to my smaller lashes with precision. I could immediately see the lengthening effect. I have two small children to run around after and I was super impressed that this mascara didn’t smudge or run and still looked great at the end of the day! It was also easy to remove. I would definitely buy this mascara again, it does exactly what it claims to do and performs really well. Great value for money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea of this mascara is great. However there is far too much product that comes out on the wand and I have to wipe away a lot of it, which is a waste. Without doing that, my lashes clumped together like spiders legs and looked gloppy.
Once the wand had a lot of the mascara removed and I used it my lashes did look very long but quite thin. Even with several coats it didn't really give much volume but if it's length you're looking for then this is great - apart from having to losing so much product to actually make it usable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I nearly giggled when I first used this, it went on so nicely, no clumps at all! The brush is the best I’ve used, it’s kind of flat but really helps me lengthen my lashes without getting it on my eyelids! Defined & lengthened my lashes (my very short thin rubbish lashes) it stayed on all day & no panda eyes, this is the most important thing to me, I can’t stand it when my mascara ends up under my eyes...& this stayed put all day! Not hugely thickening but I love this & I will 100% be buying it again & again...& again :-D

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wand is thin and sturdy which lets you get to each individual lash, making it easy to evenly coat the lashes together. The most impressive part of this mascara is the volumising effect - my lashes were uplifted and thickened in a few minutes. I think if you curled your lashes then used this mascara there would be no need for falsh eyelashes. However care is needed to ensure you don't overcoat the lashes, the mascara formula itself seems a little thick. Easy to remove with a double cleansing skin routine.

I must admit when I first saw the thin long wand/brush I was unsure whether I would achieve great results, but I was pleasantly surprised. The brush has small bristles, but they work very well at separating your lashes and giving them a much longer look. I love the flexibility of the wand, so you can get in there and coat even the smallest of lashes with the mascara. Overall a fantastic mascara which not only gives you longer looking lashes but also clump free separated lashes!

Hands down the WORST mascara I’ve used! From someone who gets compliments on my eyelashes as they are naturally long, I always wear mascara and have tried many brands. This mascara was so clumpy, made my lashes cluster together, couldn’t even separate with tweezers, still looked horrendous. Felt like a 14 year old in 2011 again with caked spider looking lashes! Safe to say it came straight off and my old mascara on until I can order a different one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the smudge proof, flake free, lightweight formula of this mascara and it definitely lengthened my lashes considerably after just one coat.

I found the thin comb wand challenging to use as it made for quite a messy application, regardless of how careful I was, mascara would always get onto my eyelid just above my lash line which isn't so much of a problem when wearing dark eyeshadows but is a bit more of an issue with paler shades as clean up is required. The join between the head and neck of the wand has a weak spot so the comb tends to bend making it difficult to apply a second coat as well as replacing it back into the tube. I much prefer a brush style wand but I know lots of my friends like this comb style so they would probably enjoy this mascara much more than I did.

Deze mascara is echt niet mijn favoriet. Ik heb van mezelf al best wel dikke en gekrulde wimpers en hou daarom niet van hele heftige mascara. Toen ik hem voor het eerst uitprobeerde had ik best wel hoge verwachtingen door alle recensies, maar het viel echt tegen. Al mijn wimpers gaan aan elkaar plakken en als ik ze een beetje fatsoenlijk probeer te maken worden ze heel klonterig. Het voegt voor mij niet heel veel toe aan mijn wimpers en daarom vind ik het het geld echt niet waard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used a mascara with such a thin brush and was quite dubious about it when I opened it .But I was pleasantly surprised with the results.It is very easy to apply in just few strokes .The mascara makes the lashes black and intense,longer and fuller but they still look natural.It doesn’t smudge during the day and stays in place until the evening.Easy to remove too without too much effort and rubbing.The packaging is also nice and premium in appealing gold colour.

Ik gebruik deze mascara al erg lang en er is voor mij geen andere die in de buurt komt! Het creëert zowel volume als lengte en kan licht aan gebracht worden, maar ook opgebouwd worden. Ook zorgt het ervoor dat mijn wimpers de hele dag gekruld blijven. Door het borsteltje kun je de wimper makkelijk van elkaar scheiden maar ook juist aan elkaar plakken om een donkerdere look te creëren. Hiernaast gaat de mascara best lang mee en droogt niet snel uit. Een aanrader!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big mascara fan and am always on the look out for the perfect one! This mascara is fine, it's a good strong black, it gives each lash a nice definition so good if you like to have defined lashes, I didn't feel like it gave much volume, but did feel like my lashes looked longer. It applies well and I like that it's got a good flexible brush which makes it easy to apply in different areas. The mascara lasted well but was easy to remove with make up remover.

My lashes are fairly long but straight never hold a curl and are a bit of a nightmare.. this mascara instantly lifts my lashes, creates length and the hold stays all day. It doesn’t create a huge amount of volume but it is buildable. No smudges under my eyes and with an oil based makeup remover it comes off like a dream. I can’t recommend this mascara enough and it will be my forever go to mascara!

It was my go to mascara for many, many years.
I loved it what it used to do with my lashes. I was loyal to it and used it daily.
So when I bought new one, I had no idea they've changed the formula.
I knew, just after first application, there was something wrong with it. After doing some research, I've found out it wasn't just me..
Please consider bringing back the old version.
So gutted.. need to find replacement 😩

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I’ve came back to this specific mascara the most over the years. It has the skinniest brush you wouldn’t think would give the results you get with it. I find I can go from super casual almost tinted looking to a dramatic false effect lash primarily driven by the fact that skinny brush can get right into the lash line and build up the colour.

Plus the shorter bristles don’t get as much mascara on your eyelids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I had found the best mascara ever with the air volume mega mascara and now I get the telescopic mascara which gives great length to my lashes - what can I say I love this mascara as well. In these COVID times when we are all wearing masks the eyes are so important and most of the time the only make up I am wearing so I am absolutely delighted with this mascara which seems to open up my eyes.

This mascara is the one for you.L’Oréal claim that it can improve the look of the length of your lashes by 60% which I can totally agree with.The brush applicator is made to coat each lash evenly,from the shorter ones right to the longer lashes which adds volume and length.Firm favourite of mine and the sleek packaging looks very attractive and easy to use.

Dit is echt de beste mascara die ik ooit gehad heb. Hij maakt je wimpers super mooi zwart, haalt ze uit elkaar en maakt ze ook nog eens super lang. Wat ik ook super fijn vindt aan deze mascara, is dat hij bij mij niet uitloopt als het regent. Dat heb ik normaal alleen bij waterproof mascara's en zelfs die lopen nog wel eens uit. Ik stap nooit meer over naar een andere mascara :)

I don’t think I can give a better review than that. But it really does give you lashes for days. I can’t fault it - tried & tested, it’s literally stood the test of time & succeeded. Still makes my lashes look as long as they did when I was a teenager. Go try it, you can’t go wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with this mascara. I love how it elongates my natural lashes in just a few swift strokes of the mascara wand. It is a lovely jet black colour and it does not clump or cause my lashes to stick together. I have not noted any smudging or running yet either. Overall this is a great mascara that I will definitely be wearing in the daytime and the evening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I saw the tiny applicator brush I was really sceptical. However, on application I was thrilled with the results. Long luscious lashes without clumping. Wore it all day and it stayed in place without smudging. Easy to take off, I removed it easily with a pad soaked in micellar water. Really thrilled with the results of this mascara, despite my initial reservations.

This is the only drugstore mascara that matches and even beats benefit bad gal bang. It is a really flexible brush and a wet formula which glides over the lashes right from the root. They never look clumpy and you can just layer more coats almost infinitley with no clumping. No itching eyes from bits crumbling off like with tubing mascaras. Please never discontinue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing transformation. Went on a little thickly, but easily remedied with a lash brush. The wand and brush head are really slender, I was very careful putting the brush back in, but it makes it easy for you to grab all the lashes without any transfer onto your eyelid and under-eye area. My lashes look so much longer, but nicely conditioned too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought about trying this mascara but I’m so happy I had the chance to. It has a really thin brush so you don’t miss a lash. The consistency is a little wet but you coat every lash and get a lot of length and good amount of volume. It stays in place for around 12 hours with minimal flaking under the eye. Even better when you use an eyelash curler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectations for a mascara touted as the top selling mascara in the USA. The brush was suitable for my short, straight lashes but the formula itself was underwhelming. It didn’t really lengthen at all. Even the lower lashes which are very short and fine, ended up more clumpy than lengthened. It did last well but did not lengthen as expected.

Have always loved this mascara. If I have tried others have always come back to it. However, I recently tried the waterproof version as thought it would not transfer onto skin but it is actually worse. I have black smudges above and below eyes within an hour. I will return to the non waterproof version but even that one smudges slightly under the eye.

It was easy to apply and made my lashes look long. I applied it early in the morning and had it on all day at work. The mascara did not flake at all or irritate my eyes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do love this mascara. The formula is super silky and doesn’t dry my lashes out. The only thing I would change is the brush. My lashes are really long and it takes ages to coat them to make them stand out so it requires a little more work than usual. But overall it’s a great mascara that defines well. especially the bottom lash line.

The results we clump free natural looking long eyelashes - They’ve stayed all day without smudging etc and still look great. I’ll be buying more of this!
