Mascara Pro XXL Lift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Where did these eyelashes come from! I am truly amazed I didn't know my lashes could look so amazing. Looks so expensive I just knew the contents will be great. Step 1 gives volume and, to be honest, I was more than happy with just this on my lashes they looked so good. Then applied step 2 which curls and lifts the lashes and I will admit my eyes looked more open and the lashes even more pronounced and full. So happy with this mascara and the slightly different looks it gives. And cleaning up is simplicity itself, all came off with a couple sweeps of my Loreal cleansing wipe. Perfect! Highly recommend!

Pro XXL LIFT is a two step mascara, you use one end of it to coat your lashes and then the other to create lifted volumised deep black lashes. They really do look almost like fake lashes and this is much more comfortable to wear.
I have tried similar products to this and I found those flaked off during the day but Pro XXL mascara lasts and lasts with no flaking, smudging or clumping at all. The mascara is also quite easy to remove.
I would highly recommend this a the effect is really impressive and so easy to achieve, it is my new favourite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mascara works in a two step way to achieve long curled lashes. Apply from wand 2 at first to give good even coverage then apply a second layer with wand 2 to give enhanced cover and a lift to the lashes. A little practice was needed to achieve this but when I got the hang of it my short fairly straight lashes were curled up and looking longer and fuller! Very pleased with the result. Lasted very well and removed easily with an eye make up remover product. My only advice would be to make sure there’s not too much product on the wands when you apply better to add more than have too much in one go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always hard choosing a mascara you are happy with as we are all different but I really do not think you can go wrong with this one! Firstly it has 2 separate brushes - the first is straight and the second is fuller and curved. I put a light coating on using the first brush and it was easy and effortless. I then used the curved brush on both upper and lower lids - I have to say I personally was more impressed by the impact on the lower lashes. I am not into the full on 'false eye lash look' but have little doubt that you could achieve a deeper longer lash with more application than I wanted to use.

Sinceramente, me atrevería a decir que esta es la mejor máscara de pestañas que he probado nunca. Me encanta ponérmela en dos pasos porque siento que así puedo darles a mis pestañas el volumen que deseo evitando que se apelmacen. Además, su efecto me dura todo el día y me resulta muy fácil de retirar del rostro antes de irme a dormir, lo cual no solo me ahorra tiempo sino que me resulta muy agradable y me da mucha tranquilidad. Sin duda la recomiendo, yo la llevo usando todos los días el último mes y estoy súper contenta, espero que mi reseña os anime a dar el paso a comprarla, no os arrepentiréis!

Ik mocht deze mascara ontvangen van @weareeves . Wat een fijne mascara, de 2 lagen van de 2 verschillende kanten maken er echt een wow factor van en zoals je ook kan zien op de foto worden mijn wimpers er heel mooi van (2e foto is andere oog maar gespiegeld vandaar daar vlekjes en andere oog niet ) het enige minpuntje is dat er best veel op het borsteltje zit en vooral op het uiteinde moet je er echt eerst vanaf halen waardoor je mascara flesje wat vies wordt als je het niet met beleid doet maar voor de rest echt top fijn om aan te brengen, mooie lengte bijna niet klonterig en blijft mooi zitten!

I've purchased too many mascaras in the past claiming voluminous and lifted lashes....but this actually works! Upon first application of the volumising wand i could see my thin poker straight lashes were thicker. I only applied one layer but I'm sure this is buildable withought clogging. I then used the lifting wand next. Again, only one coat but i could see an instant lift. The application didn't leave any clumps...I'm happy with this. Will see throughout the day whether this mascara smudges under my eyes now but it appears to not budge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect mascara if you want to add volume to your lashes. It’s a 2 step mascara, the 1st straight brush adds volume and the 2nd curved brushed lifts the lashes. I found it definitely added volume and lift, and my lashes looked longer and thicker. Personally I would wear this mascara on a night to give my lashes the extra wow factor, rather than in the daytime as I feel for me especially, as I wear contact lens the 2 products on my lashes would feel a little heavy for me in the daytime compared to my usual daytime mascara, but for dressed up night out mascara this would be the mascara for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Non clumpy mascara with a wand that separates lashes for a more defined look. The mascara stays on all day (8 hr at work) and doesn't flake or clump. I found that it worked on my eyelids which are more oily than most. Easier than lash extensions or false lashes and faffing with the glue and ruining your eyeshadow. Simple- apply step 1. I curl at this stage, but then apply step 2. I use a hairdryer for a few seconds on my lash curler to add heat and additional volume to "lock" the mascara into place. Step 2 is the finishing touch and separates the lashes and lengthens them. useful to pop into a bag and not too large to chuck into a smaller clutch or bag for re-application if you feel so inclined.

(Esta reseña se ha recibido a través de una promoción.) Me gustó mucho el formato de este producto, ya que pensé que sería un producto en dos fases tal como una pre base de color para definir y separar y la otra fase sería la máscara que le aportaría volumen y longitud.
Pero al probarla no fue ese el resultado que obtuve ya que aunque si las alarga, no las define de forma natural, quedan más espesas de lo que esperaba. Pero yo tengo las pestañas bastante largas, es posible que a alguien que las tenga más cortas le vaya fenomenal. De todas formas no me parece un mal producto y seguiré utilizándolo aunque me aplique solo una fase por día.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a while since I’ve used a two-step mascara, but wow, it was worth the extra time to apply a primer first! Love that the primer is also black, long gone are the days of the white primer! It helped give some volume to my lashes before the mascara was applied which in turn provided a lot of length and a nice lift! Really liked that they are both bristly brushes as I much prefer those to silicone ones. I do wish it gave a bit more volume though as I’ve got fairly long lashes to begin with, but they need extra volume and this didn’t give me loads. Plenty for daytime, but I would probably choose a different one for an evening look. All in all happy with this mascara and will happily keep on using it!

De mascara blijft ook echt lang zitten. ( bij zweten loopt het niet uit) alleen in het water gaat het wel uitlopen. Ik vind de borsteltjes ook handig om mee te werken. Er zit aan beide kanten een kwastje. Eerst gebruik je het rechte kwastje en vervolgens een gebogen kwastje. Het eerste kwastje gaf mij echt de lengte en de tweede het volume. Door die combinatie waren mijn wimpers steeds heel mooi gelift. Ik ben er echt heel blij mee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gold standard of the mascara world. I've been using L'Oreal mascara since the day I started wearing make-up.So not far short of 40 years then. There are expensive mascaras and there are cheap one's. And you do get what you pay for. But I find woth L'Oreal you get reasonably prided and excellent results too. I always use a primer as I find it coats and separates the lashes ready for mascara. This one is black which stops that leftover white like most other primers are. The mascara is really good and coats lashes well, not clumpy or sticky. The wands are perfect and just the right size and shape needed to get a fantastic look. The results are so amazing and compliment a nice eyeshadow or even just a natural face look.

Echter na meerdere dagen merkte ik dat het product niet goed te verwijderen was van mijn wimpers. Als ik mijn make-up er al afgehaald had voelde ik dat de onderkant van mijn wimpers (tegen mijn ooglid) erg hard en klonterig was, ook al had ik het product al verwijderd. Ik heb het ook getest met verschillende make-up removers maar het probleem bleef. Pas na 1 week geen mascara dragen en mijn wimpers elke dag reinigen was het weg. Daarna heb ik de mascara niet meer gebruikt.

Ik heb de genoegen gekregen om deze mascara te testen! Leuke verpakking, goede kwaliteit ervan voelt goed zwaar aan. Ik vind het voor mij persoonlijk iets te klonterig, het brengt wel soepel alleen alleen kon ik de klontvorming niet vermijden. Het was lastig om stap 2 aan te brengen, wanneer de mascara eenmaal was gedroogd kon ik niet goed stap 2 aanbrengen, bij mijn andere oog deed ik het terwijl het nog nat was maar zag hierbij geen verschil.
Naast dat vind ik het een prima mascara doet wel goed zijn werk, zakt ook niet uit en blijft gedurende dag goed zitten.

The mascara has two brushes and you use the first straight brush to achieve volume, and the second brush to achieve curl. It left my lashes looking longer and very defined but I did find it left a clumpy look, however it did not smudge or flake. It is a strong bold mascara and I personally would only use it occasionally as its slightly too bold for an every day look in my opinion. I would recommend to anyone who wants a strong bold lash, and the two brushes do exactly as they say and are a great idea.

Ik heb van @weareeves de @lorealparis mascara pro XXL lift mogen ontvangen om uit te testen. Ik heb van me zelf opzich lange winkels maar deze komen pas naar voor bij gebruik van een goede mascara en/of wimper kruller. Ik was dan ook erg benieuwd naar deze.. Ik heb hem nu 2 dagen gebruikt in combinatie met me wimper kruller (gewoon essence) en wauw wat een resultaat. Het bestaat uit 2 stappen, hier van heeft de 1e een dunnere borstel die naar mijn mening heel veel lengte gaf aan mijn wimpers en de 2e kant/stap maakte het af door het volume wat ik kreeg door het wat dikkere borsteltje. Ik heb deze mascara hele dag opgehaald en geen last van korreltjes onder me ogen en het bleef de hele dag mooi opzetten. Echte aanrader dit.

Utilizzo il mascara L'Oreal Paris Pro XXL Lift da una settimana e mi ha piacevolmente stupita per la sua efficacia!
Innanzitutto il prodotto é arrivato perfettamente sigillato ed é un Mascara 2 in 1, compatto nel packaging, semplice e facile da utilizzare.
I 2 step consistono in differenti prodotti e scovolini:
Step 1 ha uno scovolino conico con primer nero, serve per donare volume e preparare le ciglia al trattamento;
Step 2 ha uno scovolino curvo con mascara nero, ovviamente serve per incurvare e sollevare le ciglia e ad enfatizzare il volume.
Mi piace molto questo Mascara 2 in 1 perché ha una formula arricchita con Pro-Keratina, é un mascara che non sbava ed é no trasfer, ma soprattutto perché é facile da applicare e lascia le ciglia ben divise, morbide, super voluminose ed incurvate!
Quindi lo consiglio a chi vuole effetto volume e lifting alle ciglia.

I have always wanted to use false eyelashes, but was never able to get them right. This mascara totally eliminated my need for false eyelashes in one go, it's just amazing. It's a 2 stage application and so easy and the results are fabulous. I look like I have the longest, fullest, most gorgeous eyelashes ever when I use this. This will be my mascara of choice from now on as it has given me the look I have wanted for so many years. Thank you L'Oréal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have naturally fine thin lashes, so Loreal's Pro-XXL was very welcome. This mascara darkens, and adds the wow factor to lashes, making them look long and fluttery. So if that is the effect you are after, go for it! There are two brushes, the first one (helpfully labelled 1) is the straight brush for volumizing, and the curved brush(No 2) is to curl the lashes. My lashes are ultra straight so while there was definitely a lifting effect, I didn't notice much of a curl. I do like this mascara though, as it is pretty much smudge and flake proof.

Persoonlijk heb ik hele kleine, dunne en rechte wimpers. Ik ben daarom ook erg kieskeurig als het gaat om mijn mascara. Deze zou ik persoonlijk niet kopen, ik vond de mascara erg kleverig en daardoor klonterde mijn wimpers helemaal aan elkaar. Geen lengte en ook geen volume maar vooral een hoop zwart, zwaar klevend spul aan mn wimpers hangen. Daarentegen vond ik wel dat de mascara een diep zwarte kleur had, dat is dan wel weer goed en uitzonderlijk.

Amor ha primera vista la mejor máscara de pestañas que he probado en años, con el primer paso una pasada y deja unas pestañas largas separadas y con un negro intenso que parece increíble y con el segundo paso consigo un volumen instantáneo y de auténtico salón.
Aplicación en 2 pasos alargamos y damos volumen en menos de 1 minuto mi mirada se convierte en una mirada de cine. No se corre con las horas no mancha el párpado para nada y sin Grumos que más puedo pedirle a esta máscara de pestañas.
Para mí la mejor mascara que he probado en mi vida.

Ik mocht de pro xxl ligt mascara van LOréal proberen! De mascara breng je in twee stappen aan, dit staat goed aangegeven op de mascara. Bij de eerste stap wist ik niet goed wat ik er van vond. Er bleef te veel mascara aan mijn wimpers kleven en kreeg het niet mooi uitgewerkt. Na een paar seconde wachten bracht ik stap twee aan. Dit borsteltje was anders en smeerde direct de mascara goed uit. Nu ben ik er zeker wel over te spreken! Mijn wimpers staan mooi uit elkaar en er zijn geen klonten achter gebleven. Ik ben tevreden! I really like the red metallic finish of the sleek, stylish packaging and the wand designs as well as the intense black pigmentation of this mascara. The mascara is buildable, felt lightweight, left my lashes feeling soft, dried quickly and just as claimed, didn't smudge, flake or irritate my (sometimes) sensitive eyes. While the mascara certainly added a touch of length to my lashes, it failed to lift and curl as promised, nor did it provide much volume. I was also disappointed at how it clumped my lashes together, I had to work really hard in order achieve some semblance of separation. Sadly it's a no from me and I will be sticking to my ride or die Air Volume 30hr mascara

Not sure I noticed much difference between wands 1 and 2 - but I definitely noticed a difference between with this mascara and without! Goes on easily without clumping & really gives you volume on your lashes. Most importantly however is it lasted ALL day without smudging down my face, but then was easy enough to remove with my usual soap & liz Earle facecloth at the end of the day. I will definitely be adding this mascara to my makeup bag & can see a future purchase when this one runs out! Definitely recommend.

Ik zie (buiten de vorm van de twee verschillende borsteltjes) niet wat het verschil is tussen de twee kanten. De borsteltjes zijn groot en grof, dat heeft niet mijn voorkeur. Ze geven heeel veel mascara af, waardoor ik ga op mn huid knoei. Ik heb vaker de voorkeur voor een mascara waar al wat van de substantie uit is, omdat ik het al snel teveel mascara vindt en je wimpers dan aan elkaar plakken. Als ik tussendoor en na het gebruiken van de mascara een schoon borsteltje gebruik om mijn wimpers te separeren, levert het uiteindelijk wel hele mooie wimpers op. Ze blijven goed gekruld, geeft niet af en is makkelijk te verwijderen met remover.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great lash lifting mascara which really does make my lashes hold their curl and give them length. Sometimes I just use the first step only, but for more drama (And volume) the second step is great. The fragrance of the mascara is fairly low which is good and its a solid black so does emphasise lashes lovely. My only issue (And this could be from the heatwave we've had in the UK) is that is flakes a bit on me and irritates my eyes terribly when it does. This could be down to heat though. Otherwise its a solid mascara and I enjoy using it.

In het begin was het een beetje onduidelijk wat nou het verschil/doel van de twee verschillende borstels is. Ik gebruik 1 voor mijn bovenste wimpers en 2 voor mijn onderste. Ook was hij in het begin nog wat te nat maar zoals andere mascaras kwam die pas op zijn recht na een paar dagen gebruiken. Hij maakt mijn wimpers lang en niet klonterig. Ik krijg ook geen donkere kringen onder mijn ogen! Ik raad hem zeker aan :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these 2-step Mascaras as I find myself usually using 2 different mascaras during my makeup routine anyway to give me the results I desire. Step 1 helps to lengthen my lashes and step 2 gives them an amazing lift. This Mascara was easy to apply and didn't clump or cause any mess on application and unlike a lot of other Mascaras on the market, it stayed put and didn't flake throughout the day meaning no dreaded panda eyes. I would definitely recommend this Mascara for those who want the best of both worlds, length AND lift.

When using both steps one and two together it creates the look of longer lashes, the wands separate each lash so this makes sure every lash is coated in mascara the second brush also adds a little curl to the lash, doesn't smudge throughout the day and easy to remove. For me personally I would have preferred if the applicator part unscrewed from the tube rather than the tube itself (hope that makes sense) as it can make it a little top heavy when trying to apply.
