[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mascara definitely lived up to the expectations of its name. The pigmented black colour is the extremely black even if only using one coat. It’s adds volume that rivals that of eyelash extensions. The formula is thick and creamy and if you look closely at the frost wand you can see the tiny little fibres that attach to you own lashes and plump up and thicken each individual strand. My lashes appear to multiply as if by magic as I wiggle the second coat on. It’s 100% waterproof as it doesn’t even smudge even after a sweaty gym session.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the non waterproof version of this and love it, so I was expecting good things from this! I always go for the waterproof version of mascara where I can so I was pleased to see this! This is easy to apply and gave me great coverage for my lashes, Literally the first person I saw asked me if I was wearing fake lashes! I put on a couple of coats and once it was dried my lashes looked full and long and did not feel heavy. It stayed on all night but wasn't too much trouble to take off with a make up wipe at the end of the night!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used the original non waterproof version of this mascara I feel that it doesn’t built the same volume/impact in the waterproof formulation. It goes on smoothly with no clumping and the second layer has small fibres and a curved brush to create lift and length. It is long lasting with no smudging or crumbling during the day, I was also able to nap with no panda eyes when I woke up which is always a positive! It really is quite a durable waterproof mascara and I was only able to remove it with an oil based balm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging looks nice and colourful. I am not very good with false lashes so, this is the next best thing. This mascara has two ends. I first used the black primer to coat my lashes well. This formula was not too thick and felt light on my lashes. This did make my lashes look a lot thicker. Then I went with the other mascara end. This made my lashes look longer. The brush did not clog up with lots of product on. It lasted all day. My lashes stayed put did not smudge even when I went out in the rain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've previously used the non waterproof version of this mascara and been really impressed with it but during the winter months when my eyes start to water from the cold outside (I have quite sensitive eyes) a waterproof version is very welcome! This mascara is great at providing volume and still good definition with the primer, plus length when using the second step mascara. The primer is black so I tend to use that on its own for a daytime look and then apply the second for a more dramatic look in the evening. Both steps seem to be waterproof and very very waterproof at that! I've been swimming in this mascara and it doesn't budge. It also doesn't smudge at all even if I rub my eyes. It's a bit stubborn to remove at the end of a day but I find an oil based makeup remover works best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mascara. It makes my lashes look really long. It applies easily and evenly with absolutely no clumping. The easy 2 step process really works. I usually stay away from waterproof mascaras as I find they can be really difficult to remove but I am happy to report that it wasn’t an issue at all. It lasted well with no smudging and when I removed it I am happy to report all my lashes stayed in tact. I really can’t see a singlr negative with this mascara and would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With step 1 of this mascara my lashes looked very natural. On adding the 2nd step, which was easily applied, my lashes were instantly thicker and seemed to curl up nicely. I wouldn't say they looked any longer than when using any other mascara. I've used other fibre mascaras before and they were quite messy with the fibres falling off the lashes. This was very easy to use with no mess. The only thing I didn't like was that it seemed to dry out my lashes especially when I tried to remove it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredible! The only mascara I've used that's stayed put so long that i've struggled to get it off! I did the thing we're never meant to do and fell asleep in full eye makeup one night and in the morning it was all still in tact. I would suggest using a product specifically for removing eye makeup, as i used regular misceller water and it took me a while. Apart from that, I cannot fault it's staying power or it's ability to make me look like i'm wearing false lashes! Amazing! :D

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good mascara for lengthening and volume. Lasts all day and doesn't transfer onto the skin around your eyes which is great. Also doesn't get fibres in your eyes unlike some other fibre mascaras I have previously tried. Easy to remove with makeup wipes. The brushes do get a bit of product onto your upper eyelids when you apply the mascara but its nothing that can't be rectified with a makeup wipe! Have attached pics of eyelashes after one coat of each side, then after 2 coats.

I’m not big on the science but they’ve done some trickery that actually makes it seem like you have more lashes - and longer ones! I’m a bit shy with makeup that doesn’t look like it might just be natural (quite often clear mascara to my shame), and although this definitely doesn’t fall into that camp it’s my go-to for something a bit special! Set some time aside for removal though - it’s so waterproof you will need proper remover!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mascara does what it promises. I think it’s probably the first waterproof mascara that actually is waterproof. I’ve had it on when it snowed and it stay put. No smudges and no panda eyes. However you need an eye make up remover as my usual miscelar water didn’t work.
Also this mascara gives a great volume. I’m a mum of two little boys and don’t have much time to put the make up on. With just one coat I have great eyelashes. Would recommend it to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fiber xtreme mascara was really easy to use. I like the wand on both sides. Didn't leave ant clumps on my lashes. Although it claims to give the affect of false lashes or eyelash extensions I felt it gave me more of a natural look. It did not leave my lashes looking like false lashes but more of a natural daytime look. It is definitely waterproof though and did not smudge all day. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a natural look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this product. Easy to apply and does give the impression of false eyelashes. When I tested for it being waterproof it was. Having never used a fibre mascara before I wasnt sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised.
This mascara does give plenty of volume and length. It's also not very clumpy for a two step product.

I did find some flaking throughout the day but it wasnt horrendously so. overall gives nice long lashes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best fibre mascaras I’ve tried so far. The plain mascara on its own is great at building volume and length and the fibre side really does give a false lash effect.
Really impressed with how well the fibres stay in place. I’m a glasses wearer and despite this I’ve had only a couple of fibres fall onto my face throughout the day whenever I’ve worn this mascara.
I don’t have a negative thing to say about this mascara.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very much looking forward to using this mascara as i've loved most of L'Oreal's previous mascara products.

The product itself looks great with the base coat and actual mascara wands at opposite ends. After a few applications over several days however, I found it just didn't sit on my eyelashes very well, and I found the mascara quite dry. A real shame as I had high hopes, but hopefully it works beautifully on others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried the loreal two-step fibre mascara before, but not the waterproof one. The two steps seems like hassle, but actually it is not at all! The fibres make your eyes "pop" and truly lengthen your lashes, quite simply by adding 'fibres' to the tips of the lashes. I liked how it looked, but did struggle to remove it at the end of the day, so best to have some very good make up remover on hand! Would recommend to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mascara is double ended so therefore it is buildable which is always good as you can have different looks for daytime and nights out. It’s waterproof and stays put through out the day, but it does take a few cleanses for it all to be fully removed. For me It’s not the best mascara to use as the fibers in it can go all over which makes the mascara look flaky. Also the fibers can get into the eye so can irritate a little.

So going from that to this made this mascara feel very difficult to apply as it takes quite a few coats to get my desired thickness. Once both layers are applied quite a few times my lashes do look great. When it comes to the end of the day to remove, it is very difficult as it is waterproof, so it does its job of staying put!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved this mascara, it delivers long lush looking lashes with ease, the brush delivers just the right amount of product and my lashes instantly look longer and more curled. So easy to use this mascara is a winner. It stayed put all day without smudging, even when I rubbed it, it does a great job of being waterproof and the black pigment is gorgeous, with no clumping. I highly recommend this product.

As this mascara comes with two sides/wands it ensures your lashes are lengthened and volumised which I love! My lashes looked much fuller and best of all the mascara did not flake or crumble. This mascara is perfect those long days as it keeps your lashes looking their best and has great longevity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorry but im Not a fan of this product.. it goes on ok initially and the brushes are well shaped for the job but I certainly wouldn't say it had waterproof status and throughout the day it leaves a black speckled dusting all over your face. I've tried it several times now and can't get away with it. Not sure if it's just me but I won't be buying this product again or recommending it to others unfortunately x

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mascara works if you want to darken your lashes, however it didn't achieve much else for mine. One main positive I can think of is that it was definitely waterproof and didn't smudge throughout the day, but if you wear more than just mascara on your eyes, it doesn't really look as though you're wearing mascara at all.

The non waterproof version of this gave a lot more volume and length to the lashes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watch your lashes grow, it is truly amazing how it does transform from short lashes to long dark lashes just like I was wearing false lashes. There's no additional weight they look long and thick and yet they feel like your own. It totally transforms your eyes becoming the focal point with ease and so easy to apply, no clumping and no waking up with panda eyes when you forget to remove. A definite must.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waterproof mascara is a necessity for me on a night out. No one wants panda eyes but so often you have to sacrifice the fuller lash look for the benefits of waterproof.
Not any more! I was pleased to find that the fiber xtreme resist provides buildable coverage from two unique and effective wands. No clumping and stayed put all night and I was still able to wash it off! Would definitely recommend.

I have fairly thick, long lashes anyway but was able to control how long and thick this mascara made them meaning I could choose a daytime and evening look as required. Didn’t have any clumping or smudging and, once I acquired the correct cleanser, was able to remove the mascara with ease.

Step 1 helps to separate lashes whilst still applying the first layer to thicken. Step 2 fills out the lashes making them thicker and fuller. Brushes are different on either end to help application.
It lasts all day and is waterproof, what more can you want!

Most mascaras transfer on my top eyelid throughout the day, but this did not budge once so I didn’t have to worry about it. Sometimes, I like just using step one or applying two coats of each step for a more intense look. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is that it is incredibly difficult to remove, even with oil based remover, but it just shows how waterproof it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stays on all day ! You have to use a heavy duty makeup remover to remove it, but it lasts all day, no flaking! Minimal clumpiness and looks incredibly delicate, like natural-styled falsies. Easy to apply, I find the wand helps more product get on the eye for a longer looking effect. Would recommend ! Plus, it wipes off if you make any mistakes and catch them early like hit your under-eye.

Really really waterproof, I went in the pouring rain and after I dried my face my eyes looked perfect no any smudges to fix. Good product if you need waterproof mascara with natural long lash look

The length is spectacular and there is no clumping what so ever. A really nice classy level of definition, ideal for a first date or as a wedding guest and the waterproof version of this makes it perfect. I loved the original version, but the waterproof version means I will wear it everywhere!
