[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this runnier than most dyes so a bit messier to use. The end results were good. It covered grey and left hair lovely and soft. The inclusion of a shampoo was good as often when colouring hair you don’t use a shampoo so it always feel your hair isn’t properly clean.

Also the blonde was quite dry but the mask has made it feel smooth and silky again! I also loved the way it smelt! Was surprised because normally i hate the smell! X

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always use L'oreal colours because of the fabulous shampoos/conditioners that come in the box. I always get comments on how shiny my hair is and what good condition it is in. And I have to say it is all down to the wonderful excellence creme!

I could not agree more!!.although the actual product is fine, the makers must be colour blind!!
I am now almost black!!.
Light does not enter into it!!
Please try to do something to make this slightly near the colour on the box!!

It's not so much a review as a request!!! I do love this colour but i have great difficulty finding it in my local stores, so much so that i will soon have to change to something different/ can anyone help, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the colour and friends/family often comment on how good my hair looks. This excellence shade is perfect for me and my hair feels soft and has a gloss to it. When my hair looks this good I feel happier'
