[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of this product is that the packaging is beautiful. It's simple with a frosted effect and bronze detailing, and looks more like a designer brand. It really does look and smell just like chocolate. I think it's a standard matte liquid lipstick so it's perfect for anybody who likes them and uses them regularly, but it wasn't really for me. I found it tough to blend and the formula was really drying, even with moisturiser underneath.

The doe foot applicator is angled, which is a bonus when trying to get a neat lip outline. More importantly the matte formula doesn’t appear dry and shrivelled like most mattes, and it doesn’t dry out the lips at all. It stayed on all night, even through brushing teeth!! My only wish is more shades!

I’m not the biggest fan of the applicator but the product is really good - reminds me of NYX Lingerie liquid lipsticks for staying power and pigmentation.

It stays on flawlessly. Also the chocolate scent is an absolute dream. I will deffo be buying more of these!
