Lumi Glotion Illuminante Deep Glow 904

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lumi Glotion has a nice clean smell and feels very light on the skin. I wore this product alone without makeup, it lasted all day and was easy to take off as part of a double cleanse. My skin felt hydrated, and it didn't irritate my sometimes sensitive skin. It made my skin look glowy but not greasy. My cheeks are naturally a little red, this product didn't hide the redness but did make my overall skin texture look glowy and smooth. I would use this as a primer before makeup, or alone if I was having a good skin day. This product isn't for people who like a matt look however.

Only a small amount is needed and I found it added a slight healthy sheen to my skin. It can be used alone just to add a glow or under foundation to improve skins appearance. It was easy to apply and makeup went on well on top of it. The colour was great for me and just added a boost to my skin with no shimmer just radiance. Easy to remove and left no residue. Didn’t know I needed such a product but absolutely love it and it will be a staple in my make up bag for a quick flash of radiance alone or under make up.

It can be used on it's own, as a highlighter, mixed with foundation or even your daily moisturizer (for a subtle all over glow). I even used it along with the deep glow shade to create a soft contoured look. It is super easy to blend and a little definitely goes a long way! It's formula is super light, non sticky and leaves skin feeling soft and hydrated. This would be a brilliant edition to any make up bag and definitely a summer must have as is the perfect product to accentuate sunkissed skin.

I don’t normally wear a lot of make up so I’ve either been mixing a bit into my primer and then just using a bit of concealer and powder and that’s it! and it gives such a lovely natural look to my face or if I have used foundation I just mix a bit into that instead and then apply as usual, either way it gives such a lovely glow to your skin and isn’t thick or heavy at all! Another nice way I’ve found is after I’ve done my face to just dot a small amount on to the top of my cheek as a highlighter! So nice!! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] #AD I received this as a sample to review. I don't usually use glow products as I find them too glittery and sparkly, but this was really lovely. I have been mixing it in with my foundation to give a light glow and it really does boost the look of my foundation. I've also used a thin layer on my cheeks on my non-makeup days and it's been enough to brighten the look of my skin. No glitter or sparkle in sight, just a lovely glow. Would recommend if you skin is looking a bit sallow after the months of wet winter we've had. I'd imagine it'll really boost a tan too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little apprehensive when I saw how dark this lotion was and thought maybe I had gotten the wrong shade. It comes out really dark brown! It's quite a thick texture, so I didn't try this alone on my skin as I thought it would feel heavy rather than dewy. I mixed it with a blob of moisturiser and on application was quite suprised that it wasn't as dark as I was expecting. It blended well to give the skin a nice glow. Theres no real fragrance to the product. It's not greasy, and it doesn't cake on the skin. I probably wouldn't use this every day, but it'd be nice for a night out or after a holiday. It does give the skin a nice glow. Could probably use it along the collar bone to in the summer when wearing a strappy dress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately every time I’ve used this product my skin has broken out in small itchy spots afterwards that have taken a few days to subside. My skin is super sensitive, but all the same my first advice would be to approach with care if you also have sensitive skin! In general I also found I could not really see what job this product is doing - I tried using it as a subtle glow under make up & it was so subtle no one noticed… but using it as more of a highlighter it does not have the impact of other luminance products out there. Sadly just not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the slightly deeper shade - I'm a light/medium in winter time, as I thought it would give me a bronzed, glowy complexion. The colour is beautiful and very compatible with warm olive skintones. The issue I had was that the colour/glow faded within seconds. I ended up adding more and more and started looking quite muddy. So, it's not a highlighter, but a very, very subtle glow lotion with a little bit of moisture in it. If that's what you're after, then this product is fine. It feels light on skin and is not heavily fragranced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This glotion is so lovely. It gives a natural subtle glow without any large glitter pieces. The shade i chose is perfect for my skin tone (medium tan- neutral) and what i like about this product is that i can use it whilst tanned but also it can be used like body make up, when im slightly paler it gives enough coverage to make me look healthy. I built this up for a night out all over my décolletage and everyone kept saying i was glowing, which i loved! Also i have to say, there is no scent to it , which is an added bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trialling L'Oreal's Glotion 901 Fair Glow for a couple of weeks. The product gives instant illumination to the facial skin and hydrates it immediately. My favourite way to apply it has been to apply it alone, on days when I don't wear make-up, and it makes my skin look healthy and glowing. I have also applied it under make-up,or mixed with my usual liquid foundation which gives a more subtle and soft look. It can also be applied over the top of make-up, just to highlight the cheeks. A nice product.

It's got a super precise tip so it was really easy to control the amount of highlighter I needed. It gave my skin a really subtle glow and left my face looking sun kissed which I really liked. It's soaks into the skin well and has a lovely texture. It can also be applied with just your fingers or a make up sponge/brush. I love that it can used on bare skin or over make up as a highlighter, I'd highly recommend this for anyone looking for winter glow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glotion is a 3 in 1 product. It can be used alone, which gives a nice golden glow. However, for me, I prefer more coverage. So I've been using it under my foundation. That gives a perfect combination for me. But, I do like to emphasise my cheekbones, so I've neen using it as a highlighter too. So that makes this tube great for travel. 3 uses in one and cost effective too. It also gives moisture to my skin, which in effect makes it 4 products in one. The sheen is very natural and very healthy looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a creamy gel texture and smoothes onto the skin easily and evenly. Once it had dried down I felt it accentuated my skin texture and pores. I haven't used it over makeup and it might look smoother over skin that has been primed to minimise the look of pores and texture first.


The colour was just right for my medium to olive skin tone.

Mixing this with body lotion and smoothing over arms and legs gave a better result for me so I would use this sparingly on the body rather than on the face.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i only received this Natural Glow Enhancer three days ago so have not had much time to ‘experiment’. I was apprehensive when I received the darker version (904) as I have pale skin but when applied it didn’t come out as dark as it looked.
It gave my bare skin a lovely glow but is slightly too dark for me for this time of the year so I will be keeping until summer and use as a bronzer/tanner or highlighter.
I also have the lighter version (901) which I will use now.
This is such a versatile product.

It applies really easily and blends well. A little goes a long way with this product. The shade 903 is perfect for my medium skin tone. The added ingredients of glycerine and Shea butter make this product even more amazing as it does not get cakey at all and leaves your skin looking and feeling moisturised. I can't wait to use this in the summer for that extra glow.

I've worn it both as a highlighter and mixed it with my foundation for a subtle dewy look and i just love how versatile it is and how it transforms my face. It felt light upon my skin, and applies seamlessly. It didn't cake at all either. This lotion is deserving of a glowing review as it really is glowingly good!

When I first put it on I only put a small amount just in case and at first I was worried because it looked very in your face but after it had settled for a while it looked better, it didn't look shiny but more like a faint glow. Obviously you can put more on if you want to but for me a small amount was fine. I'm not sure if I will use it a lot but I've got it if I want to.

I have used it under foundation and found it still gives a lovely warm glow to the skin. I have also used it over the top of my foundation to give a more dewy healthy colour and to highlight my cheek bones. It is also great used just under the brows to give a wide awake look. I am delighted with this product, I have gone from having a winters pallid pasty face to having a sunny healthy look!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Glotion and the subtle enhancing effect it has on my skin. Often I find highlighters to be a bit too much and my skin ends up looking glittery rather than glowing but this one is just the right balance of subtle but noticeable. I can use it just for everyday without foundation to give my skin a lift or on top of foundation for going out. I chose the medium shade for a bit of colour (I have white fair/medium skin) as well as highlighting and that has carried me well through the colder season and will work well in the summer months too I think to make the most of a tan. The texture is really light and silky, which is more of a concern now as I'm approaching my 40s as I have fine lines that thicker products settle into. It also doesn't dry my skin out or emphasise dryer patches, again a concern as my skin ages.

I think it's the misguided perception i have had in the past that it'd make me look extremely oily. This is not the case at all with this product. The texture is like a thin lotion...but it's easy to squeeze out just a right about. It gives a lovely translucent shimmer. Like that lit from within glow. Will definately keep on using.

I have pale skin and wanted the slightly lighter shade but this was the only one available and I am so glad I got it instead it has really made me look as though I have been out in the sun and look healthy and no orange at all!! In fact perfect colour for me and I had loads of compliments telling me I looked well. I used a small amount all over then added some to my cheeks as highlighter.

Perfect for those with medium/tan skin tones, it will work great for me in the summer with a tan. The Medium glow works well for me now. I wear this under cc cream and my skin looks gorgeous. It doesn't cling to dry patches nor emphasise them. Also it's very comparable to two high end products mixed together at a fraction of the price (CT and DE).

I don’t have great skin and can’t pretend I’ll ever have great skin, but I still sit dreaming of the minimalistic skin trend going round and I’ve bought multiple products to attempt but none have hit the mark of looking natural and healthy - some big name brands seemingly have you cutting about looking like Data from Star Trek. Not this. I absolutely love this, if I had to compare it would be most similar to Bridgerton skin.

I’ve taken to wearing it on its own with little need for foundation on top or mixed in. Coverage and shade wise it’s enough coverage to blur redness without eliminating it fully, but also looked perfectly fine on my mums, sisters and my skin tones.

Also. Little to no fragrance. The hype the American girlies gave this with having access to it prior to the UK was valid.

Firstly the size is good and reasonably generous which is a massive tick. I always try to suss out the actual contents of products in a tube etc from brands as I have found sometimes they are not always even nearly full however Loreal do not appear to short change there customer on product content this one appeared to be full which is a big thing for me as its about trust in a brand and value for money.
Anyway, there was no obvious scent, I used the product as a primer and it gave my skin a beautiful lasting glow. Colour match was perfect for me, It applied similar to a moisturiser was lightweight and its staying power through the day was very impressive . It didnt crease or feel cloggy on my skin. I would definately repurchase this as its a good quality base product that is value for money.

It's subtle and not at all glittery, but a sophisticated formula, that you'd expect at a higher price point. I use a little all over and it doesn't look greasy as I sometimes worry from glow-giving products. My makeup sits well over the top with no pilling thankfully! It's subtle enough to just make you look really healthy, your skin on its best day.

It advises that you can apply before or after make-up but I have used it almost like a 'freshen up' and have had some lovely comments about how 'bright and glowing' my complexion is.
